This channel enables you to confidentially and securely report any questions or concerns regarding potential breaches of the law, ASCON's Code of Ethics and Good Business Practices, internal policies, or conduct contrary to our core values.

Who may use it?
Any person who has or has had a business relationship with ASCON, including suppliers, contractors, clients, or third parties, or who has or has had an employment relationship with ASCON, may use this channel in good faith to report facts they consider irregular.

ASCON's Commitment

• We handle all information with the utmost seriousness, confidentiality, and respect.
• We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation (including threats, sanctions, discrimination, or any other adverse action) against anyone who raises a submits a report in good faith.
• This protection applies even if the reported facts are not substantiated after investigation, provided the report was submitted without malicious intent.
• Any act of retaliation will be treated as a serious breach and may result in disciplinary action and/or legal proceedings.
• ASCON commits to addressing reports within reasonable timeframes and providing progress updates where feasible.

Purpose of the Channel
This Whistleblowing Channel is an essential component of ASCON's Crime Prevention Model, implemented in compliance with Law No. 20,393 (as amended by Law No. 21,595) and aligned with leading national and international compliance best practices. Its purpose is to prevent, detect, and promptly address conduct that may constitute economic crimes, legal violations, or breaches of internal rules, thereby strengthening a culture of integrity and transparency.

Administration and Confidentiality

• The platform is technologically administered by an independent third party (Fundacion Generacion Empresarial), ensuring enhanced security and confidentiality.
• Reports may be submitted anonymously when that option is selected in the reporting form.
• Investigation, analysis, and resolution of reports are handled exclusively by ASCON, led by the Crime Prevention Model Officer and/or a designated Investigation Committee, acting with full independence, objectivity, and impartiality.
